It's birthday weekend for the team's beloved mascot, Chilly
For the first time at home this season, the New Mexico Ice Wolves host the Shreveport Mudbugs at 6:30 p.m. this Friday and Saturday at the Outpost Ice Arenas.
It's a weekend for celebrations and so the team will be wearing its popular turquoise jerseys.
On Saturday night, the Ice Wolves will celebrate beloved mascot, Chilly’s birthday. And yes, some of their mascot friends will be there also.
This weekend marks the final two home games before the team departs for stretch of road games throughout February. The squad returns home for games at the Outpost on March 6 and 7.
