After the Isotopes were no-hit for six innings by Chihuahuas starter Anderson Espinoza (7.0 IP, 2 hits, 0 earned runs), Sean Bouchard broke through with a single to left field in the seventh inning.

Then, Roman Quinn followed up with a grand slam in the eighth to put Albuquerque ahead for good in a 5-3 victory over El Paso. With the win, the Isotopes (22-22) evened their six-game series against El Paso at three games apiece and could win their first series since taking four games from Sacramento (July 25-30).

Albuquerque starter Noah Davis was sharp in his second straight start, giving up four hits and zero runs for 11 straight scoreless innings over his last two outings, while Chance Adams earned his first win of the year in relief.
