Ascension (John) Quintero Born August 15, 1935 - Deceased May 5, 2025 Lance Corporal Ascension (John) Quintero (U.S. Marines) age 89, resident of Albuquerque, NM, born in Fort Worth, TX. John worked in the medical field for many years, loved riding his bike, and hanging out with his friends and family. Preceded in death by his parents, Faustino Quintero and Lorenza Oliva, and eight siblings of which he was the youngest. He's survived by his daughter, Jennifer Grozier and three grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. The rosary and mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025 at Nativity of the BVM Church on Alameda and 4th St at 8 a.m. The burial will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery after the services at precisely 12:30. A private family Celebration of Life will be held later that day. May eternal light shine upon him and may he rest in peace.
