Carolyn "Carol" Vargo It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, wife, and friend, Carolyn "Carol" Marcene Vargo, age 70, of Albuquerque, New Mexico on Wednesday October 15, 2025 peacefully at home. She was born on December 10, 1954 in Barberton, Ohio to Joseph E. and Louise Phillips. Carol worked in food service and was a devoted mother and homemaker. She is survived by devoted husband of 40 years, Timothy Vargo; her daughters, Crystal (Kevin) Collins, Mandy (Joe) Chavez, and her son, Alan (Jessica Bradenburg) Vargo, all of Albuquerque; two sisters, Charlene (Dave) Reeder, and Michele (Steve) Lichtenstiger, both of Warren, Ohio; and her brother, Joseph (Brenda) Phillips of Akron, Ohio. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Joseph E and Louise Phillips; and one sister, Sharon (Gary) Dungan. There will be a Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm at FRENCH-Wyoming (7121 Wyoming blvd). A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 10:00 am at FRENCH Wyoming, with a Graveside service to follow at 11:30 am at Sunset Memorial Park.
