Carolyn Lill Born during WWII to longtime Albuquerque
Carolyn Lill Born during WWII to longtime Albuquerque residents, Homer and Ava Phillips and passed away March 27, 2025. Carolyn was raised in Kansas and Nebraska but returned to NM to attend the University of New Mexico. Along with her husband of forty years, Daniel, she raised a daughter and two sons and became a doting grandmother to four grandsons. She will be remembered as the kind of mother who hand sewed Halloween costumes, helped with every science fair project, baked homemade sugar cookies for every holiday, and liked nothing better than a good Easter egg hunt. Carolyn is also survived by her sister, Valissa, who still resides in the Midwest. The graveside service will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Meals on Wheels, the organization she served so proudly. Please visit our online guestbook for Carolyn at www.FrenchFunerals.com.
