Cleofas Otero Cleofas Otero passed away on November 20, 2025. He was born on October 5, 1936 to Emilio and Juanita Otero in Los Lunas, New Mexico. He married Trinnie Otero, "the most beautiful girl," as he would say! He spent his entire career working with the State of New Mexico Labor Department. He was a loving Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather. He loved helping his family! Cleofas was preceded in death by his beloved wife Trinnie; his beloved son, Charles Otero; his parents, Emilio and Juanita Otero,;and many other beloved family members. He is survived by his daughter Shirley Abeyta (husband Michael Abeyta); son Dennis Otero, Daughter-in-law Yvette Otero; Grandchildren Arminio Otero (wife Janell), Vanessa Abeyta, Gabriel Abeyta (wife Kelly), Andrew Abeyta (wife Sonja), Christina Otero, Marcus Otero, Jacob Otero; Great-grandchildren Arminio Otero Jr., Daisy and Eric, and Gabriel and Jonathan Abeyta. Cleofas was a life-long golfer. Golf was a passion, and he was a better than great golfer! There will be no services. All the prayers and love sent are appreciated!
