Curtis Graham McNary It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Curtis Graham McNary, a beloved husband, father, friend, and true gentleman, who left us on June 6th, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Sullivan McNary and son Curtis Graham McNary, Jr. Born on 12/14/1958 in Albuquerque NM, Curtis lived a life full of passion, grace, and adventure. A proud graduate of Albuquerque Academy (1977) and of the University of Arizona (1981). He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity where he formed lifelong friendships and treasured memories. Curtis was an avid skier, golfer, swimmer, and scuba diver, never one to pass up a challenge or the chance to embrace the outdoors. He worked most of his life in the lumber business, following the paths of his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. But above all, Curtis loved his family more than anything. He was the steady foundation, the warm smile, and the constant support for all who knew him. A man of quiet strength and kindness, he lived with dignity, generosity, and an unwavering sense of integrity. It was often said, truthfully, that no one ever had a bad word to say about him. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched with his warmth, humor, and heart. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. A celebration of life will be held on June 21st, 2025 at St Thomas Aquinas Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
