Dale A. Willits Dale Arthur Willits, born June 4, 1947, passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Pennsylvania and most recently residing in Georgia, he called New Mexico home for many years. Dale served honorably in the United States military during the Vietnam War. After his service, he spent many years managing apartment complexes, where he brought a steady organizational hand and careful attention to detail to his work. A devoted sports fan, Dale especially loved rooting for the New York Yankees, a passion he held onto for life. He is survived by his children, Angela Willits-Barnes and Dale W. Willits, and by his grandchildren: Tobin, Dadrian, Aralia, and Lavender Willits. His memory lives on in each of them.
