Darlene Leffingwell Trujillo It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Darlene, who departed this life after a brief illness on July 31, 2025. Born on September 2, 1964, Darlene grew up surrounded by family, faith, and a love for reading and taking care of her cherished dogs. She touched countless lives with her kindness, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She was preceded in death by her father, Casey Trujillo. She is survived by her son, Luke; her mother, Nadine Trujillo; her sisters, Cathy Colvin and Denise Diaz, and other family members plus countless friends. Celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, 1:00 pm at St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr NE.
