Debra Ann Mattingly Debra Ann Mattingly passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2025, in her home. She was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Albuquerque in 2008. She is preceded in death by her Mother Saundra Stanley, Stepfather Newbern Stanley, Father Edward Shelfer, brother Greg Stanley, and sister Michelle Ahrlett. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Bankhead, sister Becky Sharma and husband Bharat Sharma, brothers Reggie Abel and Mike Shelfer. Her best friend Kandy Padilla was by her side helping her for the last few years. She has many family members and friends that will forever miss her and always keep her close in their hearts. Debra wanted to be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
