Douglas "Doug" Owen Schuler Douglas Owen Schuler, 83, went home to be with the Lord on July 13, 2025. Doug was born on February 2, 1942, in Delta, Colorado. He worked for 36 years at Sandia Laboratories as a mechanical engineer and traveled the world in retirement. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ladena Schuler; son, Jeffrey (Tina) Schuler; daughter, Kathleen (Dave) Bryson; and 5 grandchildren: Michaela, Garrett (Lauren), Ryan, and Paige. He will be remembered for his intellect, his sense of humor, and his dedication to his family. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Eastern Hills Baptist Church.
