Douglas Henry Jones 1/17/1957 - 6/4/2025 With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce the passing of Doug H Jones in Alamosa/South Fork, CO on June 4th, 2025 at the age of 68. Doug was the sixth of eight children born to Doris R. Jones and Albert H Jones of Albuquerque, NM. He is predeceased by his Parents, and Brothers Albert Timmothy Jones (OK) and Jerry Lee Jones (NM). He is survived by his brother Charles B Jones (AZ), and Sisters Leona R Collins, Doris E Murphy, Lucille L Brasher (NM), and Rosie E Jones (SC). Doug was born in Santa Ana, CA in 1957 and grew up in Albuquerque NM with his parents and siblings from a very young age and then later worked at Intel for many years in Rio Rancho, NM until he moved to the South Fork, CO area in 2011. Doug enjoyed the outdoors, camping, nature watching, and wind surfing, all of which drew him to the South Fork/Alamosa area. He valued his time with his family, including watching many sporting events of his nephews and nieces. With Love from his family and friends, may he Rest in Peace!
