Elfie Mirabel Elfie Mirabal was a great, beautiful person. She was born in Barstow, TX on February 12th, 1940. On Monday, December 16th, 2024 at approximately 3:00pm she went to be with our Lord Jesus. This lady was always full of joy and always saw the glass as half full. She truly loved everyone and tried her hardest to make everyone feel welcomed. She was a peacemaker and saw the best in everyone no matter what. She was quick to forgive and move past. She liked to have fun and celebrate. She was almost 85 and didn't look a day past 60. Elfie had a talent for arranging and making her surroundings beau1ful. Her yard was her oasis she lovingly cultivated and was her favorite place to be. She knew all of her plants so well. She would tell us the type of plant and the actual La1n name and then she would tell us her made up names for them. Scrolling through her photos, she had so many of her family intermingled with her lovely flowers she was so proud of. She was as beau1ful as the flowers and plants she loved so dearly. Above all, Elfie loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Dallas Cowboys and her family too, LOL. Mom, we love you and will really miss your smiling, bubbly face and beau1ful voice. She truly was a lovely lady. Elfie was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Lionel Mirabal and her daughter Francene Mirabal. She is survived by her man Perry Chase; her daughter Crystal Sadowski and her son and daughter-in-law Dennis and Kari Mirabal; her grandchildren Joseph Alex Sadowski, Joshua and his wife Lauren Mirabal, Zachary Sadowski, Megan Mirabal; her great grandchildren Pennie Layne Mirabal and Lyonel Peter Mirabal and her many loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held in Albuquerque on Saturday, February 8th, 2025 at 3:00pm at a location to be determined.
