Freda Marquez Freda Marquez, age 84, born in Mesita, Colorado and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 6, 2025. Freda is survived by her daughters, Louisa Sedillo and husband, Carlos, Arlene Marquez and husband, Ernie, Joyce Ortiz and husband, Albert; grandchildren, Archie Ray, Michael, Carla, Christopher, Chloe, and Cylee; great-grandchildren, JR, Angel, Silas, and Adian; siblings, Frank Mestas and wife, Lucille, and Arthur Maestas; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euselio; sisters, Helen Butsch and Tina Tafoya. A Visiation for Freda will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with a Vigil Service at 10:30 a.m. all to be held in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel located at 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. A Burial to follow the services to Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
