Gail Miller Gail Miller passed away on February 4, 2025. She is survived by her four children, Robert Miller, Carol Miller, Leigh Shoulta, and Allen Miller; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William I. Miller; mother, Frances Lacy; and father, Farrell Lacy. A Graveside service will be held Friday, April 4, 2025, 1:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
