Garett Travis Rex Our beloved son, brother and father passed
Garett Travis Rex Our beloved son, brother and father passed away on June 28, 2025 in Aurora, CO. He is survived by parents Bill and Judy McNeese, sons Nathan (Maddie) and Matthew Rex. Sisters Ginger (Graham) Tull and Torey (Tommy) Barrs, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was a Navy Veteran and honorably served in the Gulf War. Later, he obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science and was on the Artemis space team that NASA sent to the moon. He was an avid fisherman, skier, dirt biker, enjoyed ham radio and took up ice hockey in his late 40's so he could coach his son's teams. Garett accepted Jesus as his savior and was baptized at 14. We look forward to seeing him again in Heaven. Until then, may he rest in the arms of Jesus. Interment will be at Fort Lyon Veterans Memorial Cemetery in CO.
