Harold Wayne Partin Doctor Harold Wayne Partin, 82, passed away on March 21, 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife by his side. He was born on May 11, 1942 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Harold was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, while serving others through education, his church, and The Gideons. Harold is survived by his loving wife, Owanda Partin; his sons Scott Partin and Phillip Partin (Jamie) and their families which includes five grandchildren, one great-grandson and a nephew.
