Joan Fitzpatrick-Stuart-Uhlmansiek Joan Fitzpatrick-Stuart-Uhlmansiek passed on Friday, September 5, 2025. She was born in Bayside, New York on March 3, 1937. She attended Bayside and Mineola High School. In February 1973 Joan and her family moved to Rio Rancho, NM. She became a very successful Realtor and also had an antique business. Joan is survived by her son James K. Stuart and daughter Pamela J Stuart and two stepsons Michael Uhlmansiek and wife Jeri Uhlmansiek, James "Andy" Uhlmansiek and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We would like to thank Hannah, Renee and Kim at Bosque Trails Hospice and Haven Care Dogwood Assisted Living facility, Elysa and Abiba for all the care and compassion they provided our mom, NM cancer Center, Dr Jose Avitia, Kayleigh and Crystal, Dr. Denise Aamodt, her pastor Tracy Burns and wife Genie Burns, her friends Janine Oschner, Jene Garner and Roe Wynn who visited mom frequently. She is predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Fred Uhlmansiek and her parents James and Florence Fitzpatrick. Services will be done at a later date.
