John Terselic Captain John Terselic, USMC, age 29, of Tijeras, NM passed away on December 20, 2024. A Celebration of Life was held in January 2025 in North Carolina. He was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery on April 8, 2025. He wore the title Marine proudly, as an infantry officer and then as a Raider. John was a treasured husband, son, brother, and friend. John was a man of faith, grit, and personal drive. The void left by his loss feels unsurmountable...but for God. John is with his Savior. (John 3:16, John 14:6) One tangible memory of John in New Mexico is the Eagle Project he completed in 2010 with BSA Troop 85, trees planted on the north side of the "National Museum of Nuclear Science and History." John is survived by his wife, Bailee; his parents, Robert and Carrie; his sisters, Hannah (m.Michael), Abigail, Elizabeth; his brother, Andrew (m.Heather); his paternal grandparents; his maternal grandmother; and aunts and uncles.
