Judith Ann Neal Judith Ann Neal, affectionately known to her loved ones as Judy, was a beacon of light and love who left this world for her eternal home on October 5, 2025. Judy was born on March 13, 1945, in Beardstown, Illinois, to the late Jack and Mary White. She was a cherished sister to Phil White and Jacqueline Sanders. Her legacy continues through her sons, Mike Neal (Paula) and Mark Neal (Jordan); and her adored grandchildren, Ean, Spencer, and Crosby Neal.
