Roger Clark Anderson Roger Clark Anderson, known affectionately as "Roger Dodger," passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, at the age of 80, in Albuquerque, NM. Born on November 28, 1944, in Spokane, Washington, Roger's charisma and zest for life left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Roger embarked on a vibrant career in sales, renowned for his exceptional ability to connect with people and his persuasive charm, often humorously claiming he could "sell an igloo to a penguin." His passion for flying also led him to become a pilot, owning a small plane for several years. His love for interaction kept him working well past the typical retirement age. An avid sports fan, Roger's love for golf, bowling, and game shows was well known among his friends and family. He was a dedicated supporter of the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, and the Denver Nuggets reflecting his deep passion for football and basketball. Additionally, Roger was a proud member of the Loyal Order of the Moose since 2003, where he earned the Fellowship Degree of Honor in 2010 and devoted countless hours to the Albuquerque NM Lodge No 1517. Roger leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, survived by a large and loving family including Michelle and Mehr Esfahani, Brooks McCormick, Rylee McCormick, Makayla Esfahani, Syndra and Steven Costa, Francesca Costa DeVito and Teo DeVito, Jackson Grigsby, Sophie Devito, Jill Rene and Daniel Putnam, Andrea Lowry, Kaitlyn Murphy, Brent Bergeron, Melissa Bergeron-Soto and Cameron Soto, Aiyana Bergeron, Joseph Doyle, Anita and Ray Mayer, Sandi and Kevin Mayer, Taylor Mayer and Rudy Acosta, Indigo Mayer, Azul Mayer, Christopher Anderson, Chey Lee Anderson, Jill and Jim Mocho, Jeff and Shirley Mocho, Brittany and Brien Glenn, Amberlynn Gilmore, Maverick Glenn, Logan Glenn, Saylor Glenn, Rylee Glenn, Jamison Glenn, Amanda Oakes, Allen Bergeron; and dear friend, Terri Howard. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sherry Lynn Anderson; daughter, Rochelle Channing Oakes; his parents, Maxine Zella and Francis Lyle Anderson; son, Bruce Allen Bergeron; brother, Francis Roderick Anderson; and sister, Judith Anderson. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no memorial service. Roger will be joined with his beloved wife, Sherry Lynn at a later date to make their way to the Caribbean.
