Sally Carter Sally Carter passed away peacefully at home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on October 21, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at age 89. Sally was born in Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences), New Mexico, to Francisco Sanchez and Maria Porfiria Vallejos. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 47 years, Richard Carter who passed in 2007. Sally leaves behind her two children, Richard "CJ" Carter and David Carter. Please join us on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at French Funerals on Wyoming Blvd. Visitation is from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the funeral from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and a reception to follow from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
