Sarah McHaffie It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Sarah McHaffie on April 25, 2025. Sarah was born on April 20, 1955 in Billings, Montana. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico and a Master's in education. She used her skills every day, teaching Art and Special Education at Cibola High School in Albuquerque. Sarah loved photography, cooking, sewing and gardening. She shared them with family and friends, almost always showing up with gifts she had made. Sarah's family was the heartbeat of her life. She is survived by her son Stephen Saylor (Shannon), three grandchildren and her brother Curt McHaffie. Sarah cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Her unwavering support and love for her family were evident in every aspect of her life. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 am. The address is West Mesa Christian Church, 8851 Golf Course Rd, Albuquerque, NM 87114.
