Seledon Jaramillo and Teresa B Jaramillo Seledon Jaramillo's and Teresa Blea Jaramillo's joint funeral services will be held at Holy Child Parish, Tijeras, New Mexico on Monday September 22, 2025. Rosary will be at 9:30 and Mass at 10:00. Following, their cremated remains will be buried at the San Isidro Catholic Church in Sedillo New Mexico. Seledon Jaramillo, born March 23, 1927, lived in New Mexico most of his life. He passed at the age of 92 from natural causes on October 20, 2019. He lived a long and storied life, including serving as a solider in World War II and working for Sandia National Laboratories from 1962 to 1993. Seledon was an avid marksman, and enjoyed hunting, especially deer and elk. Teresa Blea Jaramillo passed away on July 17, 2025. She was born in Durango, Colorado. She met Seledon Jaramillo in Sunnyside, Utah and they were married in Aztec, New Mexico in 1950. They then moved to Tijeras, New Mexico. She contributed many job services within the village of Tijeras. She was employed by the Equal Opportunity Board and worked with individuals and families in the community. She then was a crucial part of the committee that established the Village of Tijeras and later became the City Clerk. She ended her career as the Senior Citizen Director in Tijeras. They are survived by their three daughters, Melva, Debi, and Vickie, as well as by their six grandchildren: Patrick, Adrianne, Janel, Karlie, Rebekah and Matthew, and great-grandchilren Corbin, Ava, Hazel and Keisuke.
