Stella Lopez Sierra Stella Lopez Sierra 73 of Rio Rancho, New Mexico entered eternal rest Monday, September 29th, 2025 at Rust Medical Center in Rio Rancho, NM Born in Silver City, NM December 13th, 1951. Stella worked as a bus driver in Silver City and Rio Rancho Public Schools for over 40 years, making sure the needs of family and friends were met before her own. She is survived by her loving husband Jack, son Rick (Alicia), daughter Rose Marie, 5 grandchildren Gabrielle, Angelo, Manuel, Deedra, and Nathaniel; 3 great-grandchildren Luna, Archer, and Kaylee; as well as brother Ramon, and Sister Jessie, numerous friends, nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Ramon and Lorenza Lopez. Pallbearers Angelo Sierra, and Manuel Sierra Romero. Her rosary will be performed by the Rosary Society on October 24th, 2025 at 10:00am followed by Funeral Mass performed by Monsignor Douglas Raun at 10:30am at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish - 1502 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. French Funerals & Cremations - Rio Rancho will be handling the services of Mrs. Sierra.
