Sue C. Converse Sue Colemen Converse, beloved mother,
Sue C. Converse Sue Colemen Converse, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away on August 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Born in Hobbs, NM, Sue moved to Albuquerque as a young child and was a member of Albuquerque High School Class of 1955. She worked as a legal secretary for many years and was also a Mary Kay Sales consultant for 25 years. Her greatest joy was family and spending time with them. She also enjoyed traveling to Maui, volunteering at church, playing Mexican train and bridge, and reading. Sue was preceded in death by her husband Landree Converse and is survived by her daughters Debbie Tixier and husband Mike, Denise Roberts and husband Jerry, grandsons Tanner, Tyler, and Trevor Tixier, Jerrod and Chance Roberts; 3 granddaughters-in-law Amy, Kory and Hayley, 2 great-granddaughters Tighlyn and Cameron Tixier, and her bonus daughter Mary Sampson. A celebration of life will be held September 17, 2025, at 10:00 am at Covenant United Methodist Church in Albuquerque.
