Thomas M. Caldwell 1946-2025 Thomas M. Caldwell passed on May 20, 2025, in Eaglecreek, Ore. He was born in Beardstown, Ill., on June 29, 1946. He has five children. He will be remembered as an EMT and fire chief of the Valencia County Volunteer Fire Station in Belen, and a first class petty officer in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam.
