Vera Charlene Baldwin Our beloved Vera Charlene Defabaugh Baldwin passed away on February 5, 2025 at age 88. She was born in Kansas City, MO to Charles E. and AnnaBelle Defabaugh. She is survived by her husband, William Baldwin; her sister, AnnaBelle Barnes; and her four children: Jennifer Vigil, Charles Needham, Karen Stout, Sarah Werner. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Heart Association.
