Victoria "Tori" Garcia Died 2025 With heavy hearts, the family of Victoria "Tori" Garcia, age 39, of Belen, announce that she has passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 29, 2025. She was a beloved daughter, sister, auntie and friend to many. Tori was known for her kindness, cheerfulness and unwavering spirit. Tori is preceded in passing by her grandparents, Jose and Mela Garcia, and Dan and Tina Garcia. She is survived by her parents, Marvin Garcia and Loretta Garcia; brother, Mark (Judy) Garcia; nephews, Elijah, and Jorden; and niece, Summer. May Tori rest in eternal peace and may her family and friends find comfort in the many cherished memories that she leaves behind. Services for Tori will take place on Thursday, April 3, at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel.
