Wayne D. Corley August 14, 1944 - June 13, 2025 Wayne Daniel Corley was born in Brisbane, Australia to Gene and Joyce Thompson-Corley. He has resided in Albuquerque, NM since 1947. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Alyce, his brother Glenn, his son Lance, and his much-loved wife Vera. He is survived by his son, Scott Corley; his daughter, Mary Ann Whitlow and Son-in-Law Donnie. His two grandsons, Justin Whitlow and wife Amber, Joshua Whitlow and wife Ashley. His great-grandchildren, Avery, Wyatt, and Caleb. He had numerous nieces and nephews who were very special to him. Wayne and his late wife Vera, co-founded Way-Cor Ready Mix, Inc. He always has fond memories of those years. Their customers and employees became family over the years. Once retired, he loved spending time with family, reading books, and an occasional trip to Vegas. Wayne deeply loved his children, grandsons, and great-grandchildren. He was the best dad, grandpa, and Boompa! He will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
