Fortunately, there are a variety of ways to find discounts and deals to do just that.
Here are the top ways visitors can save money at the BioPark.
Purchasing tickets
Purchase online tickets in advance and secure the best day and time for your family.
• Adults - $10 (New Mexico Residents)
$14.50 (Non-Residents)
• Seniors (65+) - $5.50 (New Mexico Residents)
$7.50 (Non-Residents)
• Youth (3-12) - $5 (New Mexico Residents)
$6 (Non-Residents)
Children (2 and under) and zoo members are free
Combination tickets for the most affordable experience
Purchase a combination ticket for a weekend of fun. Pricing includes admission to the Albuquerque Aquarium, Botanic Garden, and BioPark.
• Adults - $16 (New Mexico Residents), $22 (Non-Residents)
• Seniors (65+) - $9 (New Mexico Residents*), $12 (Non-Residents)
• Youth (3-12) - $7 (New Mexico Residents*), $8 (Non-Residents)
• Children (2 and under) and Members - Free
Combo tickets include admission to BioPark, Botanic Garden and Aquarium, as well as the option for Shuttle transportation, when available. Here are other things to know:
Combo tickets and the shuttle are not available on Mondays.
The ABQ BioPark does not offer refunds.
Rain checks are not given due to weather. Be sure to check the weather and plan your trip accordingly
Military Discount
Available to active and non-active personnel with military ID.
$2 off general admission tickets for adults
$1 off general admission tickets for youth ages 3-12
SNAP EBT Discount
Discounts are available to guests enrolled in New Mexico’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). To be eligible for the discount, guests must show their SNAP EBT card and a photo ID at the gate.
— Adults - $3
— Seniors (65+) and Youth (3-12) - $1
Discount valid for up to six guests.
SNAP EBT cards are used for identification purposes only. Tickets can be paid for with cash or credit/debit cards.
Only New Mexico SNAP enrollees receive the discount at this time.
Discount applies only during regular business hours and does not apply for admission to special events like Harvest Festival, Mother’s Day and River of Lights.
This offer is not applicable to pandemic EBT cards.
Reciprocal Membership Discounts
The BioPark does not offer reciprocal discounts of 50 percent off regular admission. To receive the discount, present your membership card with a valid ID. A list of participating parks can be found here.
Annual Memberships
Frequent visitors may benefit from a zoo membership with reduced costs for each person added.
• Individual adults (13 and up) - $54/year
• Couples (two adults) $69/year
• Individual seniors (65+) $39
• Senior couples (two adults) $55
• Family memberships range from $99 - $134 (depending on size)
