Clarified Bahama
This drink has a smooth rum base to replicate the Bahama island feeling. With tropical fruits like banana, coconut and piña colada. Combine that all with an orange juice chaser and you have the Clarified Bahama. This drink costs $13 plus tax.
Beachside Fiesta
The Beachside Fiesta is a blend between southwestern flavors and oceanic flavors to create a drink that is home away from home. Start with a tequila base to give a sharp taste on the tongue. Tajin lines the rim of the glass for a salty and fiery accent. Sriarcha is also included in the drink to round out the tangy and peppery flavors. A squeeze of lime gives a nice refreshing palate cleanser and honey at the bottom of the glass helps balance out the spicy flavors. This drink costs $12 plus tax.
White Linen
For a taste of summer, try the White Linen at Mending Spirits. Gin and lemon are fused together with a hint of elderflower syrup for a light and refreshing drink. Soda is mixed together with the gin and lemon and cucumber is placed on top for the ultimate summer sip. This drink costs $12 plus tax.
Duke City Sour
Looking for a drink with more kick? The Duke City Sour might be a good choice for you. This drink is bourbon based with some agave to sweeten the bourbon. The drink also has rozette and thai tea to add some other bitter and sweet flavors into the mix. This drink costs $12 plus tax.
Triple De Leche
If you want to try a drink mixed with vodka and milk, the Triple De Leche is a good choice for you. The drink starts with a lavender vodka base and combines condensed and evaporated milk to create a drink similar to tres leches cake. Coffee and cocoa are mixed into the drink to add sweet flavors. The final touch is a little bit of coconut and boba to create a boba style drink.
