Today, gyms offer a host of unique services and programs including in-house childcare, spa-like amenities, stretching and conditioning classes, and even food bars. Whatever you’re looking for, there’s a good chance that Albuquerque has it.

This list was put together with the help of Google reviews.

Customer review: “This gym has been a game changer in my life! Dwain’s nutrition program and approach to exercise facilitated a net loss of 30lb of body fat over a 4 month period during my program. Due to family obligations I have been out of the gym for the last 3.5 months, however I have been successful at maintaining the lifestyle and weight lost during my absence from the gym. I am excited to be back in town and able to resume training regularly. Oh by the way, I am 70 years of age and highly recommend Dwain’s expertise and Designer Bodies ‘World Class Gym’ to anyone my age who wants to regain quality of life and age gracefully.”

Customer review: “This gym is super-great! Always open, not very crowded, staff is awesome! At 53 I decided to add on 3 months of training with Jeremy to help with lifelong lower back issues (most every morning stiffness, have thrown it out many times) and to help general mobility and try to guard against any future issues (like rotator cuff, knees, anything else as getting older). He is awesome and very knowledgeable and worked with whatever questions/issues I had. And biggest result…no lower back pain or stiffness for the entire 3 months. First time in…forever! Yeah, you should go here, or at least check it out.”
