Currently, the FBI has almost 200 missing persons on its Verified as Missing Throughout New Mexico and the Navajo Nation list.
The list has a mix of men, women and children, some of whom have been missing for 30 years or more.
Other organizations, such as Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women USA, Indian Country's Missing and local police departments also regularly share information on missing persons in the hopes that someone on social media may have information that can reunite the person with their families.
