1. Alameda

Located in an unincorporated community in Bernalillo County and shouldering up to the North Valley, parts of this neighborhood cross into the North Valley area.

Homeowner’s make up the largest portion of this area (around 88%) and homes in this area average between $515,000 - $689,000 (according to Bex Realty). Not far from Balloon Fiesta Park, this area is conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants, and area attractions.

2. Los Griegos

Not far from the Rio Grande lies this tight-knit community known for its tribute to a rich cultural heritage and community events that draw in crowds. The area is a diverse mix of retired and young families. The neighborhood boasts a historical charm - and has applied to be a Historic Protection Overlay Zone. 3. Los Duranes

Many of the residences in the Thomas Village / Los Duranes neighborhood are established but not old, having been built between 1970 and 1999. A number of residences were also built between 1940 and 1969. This densely populated area is home to many middle and upper class families, with 59% of residents employed in executive, management, and professional occupations. 4. Taylor Ranch

The main parts of Taylor Ranch are located in Los Ranchos however, parts of this neighborhood cross into the North Valley region. This is a great area for single professionals. Taylor Ranch is laid out for accessibility to local area attractions and main freeways including easy access to I-40. The area boasts a popular dog park and library that are enjoyed by residents.
