Published Modified

Theaters across the U.S. will celebrate National Cinema Day on Sunday with $4 movie tickets all day long, and some concessions discounts. Local cinemas that are not doing $4 specials have other events going on. The Historic Lobo Theater will be showing "The Princess Bride" during its weekly Brunch and a Movie event, and The Guild Cinema will be showing several independent films, including "Indigenize the Plate," which will have a post-show discussion with the film's host and executive producer Natalie Benally, Language interpreter Karo Salinas and will be moderated by director Ernie Zahn.
