November weather outlook for Albuquerque
A gaggle of Canada geese cruise the waters of the Rio Grande Nature Center State Park.
October is finishing out its time with a cold snap here in Albuquerque, but November is shaping up to be a warm, dry month with above-average highs.
"We're looking at a warm-up … it's going to be more noticeable as we go into tomorrow and late this week," said meteorologist Michael Anand. "Temperatures will be above normal by Friday."
Anand added state-wide temperatures will be around 10 degrees above normal for this time of year, and the rain outlook is not good.
"We're not really looking at much weather for the foreseeable future through probably mid-November," Anand said. "Generally a warm and dry November overall."
