Nevin Vigil, 36, a resident of Albuquerque, was the first in line the evening before former President Donald Trump’s rally, which is being held on Thursday at a private hangar owned by CSI Aviation near the Albuquerque International Sunport. Vigil said he checked the location earlier in the afternoon and arrived back after work around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, to wait in line with a sleeping bag, chair and heated jacket. “It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Vigil said.
