New Mexico State Fair offering $5 tickets online in Labor Day sale
The New Mexico State Fair wants more families to attend this year’s 11-day event, so it’s offering heavily discounted tickets this weekend.
“We hope everyone has a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend,” fair officials wrote in a news release. “In recognition of the holiday, we’re excited to offer deeply discounted admission tickets to make the fair more affordable for hard-working New Mexicans and their families. This is a great opportunity to enjoy all the attractions, entertainment and cultural experiences that the fair has to offer at a great price!”
The $5 ticket sale started Saturday morning and ends Monday, Sept. 2, at 9 a.m., according to the release.
The State Fair is slated to run Sept. 5-15 at Expo New Mexico in Albuquerque.
The tickets, which can be purchased at statefair.exponm.com, offer big savings for New Mexicans. They typically cost $15 for adults online and $20 in person.
