🚧 No loop for you! NMDOT says the Montgomery to I-25 loop ramp will close in a few days 🚧

The state Department of Transportation is alerting drivers that the familiar westbound Montgomery to southbound Interstate 25 loop ramp will be a thing of the past in a few days.
Crews will be permanently closing the ramp on Tuesday night, Sept. 3.
"During construction and after the project is complete, westbound drivers on Montgomery Boulevard will turn left onto the frontage road to access southbound I-25," NMDOT said in its news release. "To help manage the anticipated increase in traffic turning left, crews will be adding an additional left turn lane to keep traffic moving."
The ramp closure is part of the I-25 improvement project between Montgomery and Comanche. For more information about the project, go to i25improved.com.
