Abrielle Pavia, an eighth-grader-to-be, offered scholarship to play basketball at UNM
UNM women's basketball has offered a scholarship to an Albuquerque girl who will be an eighth-grader this coming year.
Abrielle Pavia, Class of 2029, attended the Lobos' team camp this summer and posted that she had received a scholarship offer on social media.
She is the younger sister of former Volcano Vista, NMMI and New Mexico State quarterback Diego Pavia.
Abrielle is believed to be the youngest player to receive a scholarship offer from UNM.

The Lobos previously made an offer to Kaiyah Benally, who recently completed eighth grade and played for Sandia High School last season.
