The Albuquerque Public Safety Charity Hockey Game will take place Saturday at Outpost Ice Arenas, home of the New Mexico Ice Wolves.

There is no cost to attend the game, which will feature members of the Albuquerque Police and the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office facing off against the NM Hockey All-Stars, comprised of men and women in different divisions of the NM Hockey Adult League who volunteered to play in the event.

Fans can arrive at 5:30 p.m. to meet law enforcement and see some of their vehicles. The pregame ceremonies, featuring a tribute to fallen officers, begins at 6:30 p.m. The puck drops at 6:45 p.m.

The beneficiary of the game is the Salvation Army Albuquerque, an organization that provides help to families across the Land of Enchantment. Donations to the Salvation Army will be accepted at the entrance to the ice rink.
