Geoff Grammer's AP Top 25 men's basketball ballot for Nov. 13
Nothing guarantees more people who have never heard of me telling me I'm awful at my job than posting my AP Top 25 ballot. Those who do know me tell me I'm bad at my job for so many other reasons.
The college basketball season is underway and, despite the most passionate of fans telling me otherwise, there really isn't enough out there so far to get to worked up about -- whether your favorite team is in the top 25 or not, just enjoy the ride for a few more games before you convince yourself this is the year or this ain't the year.
Despite there not being much early movement, thanks in large part to a lot of Top 25 teams not having tough opening week schedules, there was a change at my No. 1 spot thanks to Arizona's road win at Duke -- a true road game as part of a home-and-home series I really hope more power conference programs start playing in the nonconference.
Arizona's win was the biggest of the week, and they made quite the leap up for me -- from No. 13 to No. 4.
As always, though, please feel free to let me know what you think about my ballot on X (the bird app formerly known as Twitter) @GeoffGrammer.
