MUST-SEE: Volcano Vista freshman's ferocious dunk in state tournament
Volcano Vista's David Lunn III dunks over Santa Fe defenders in Wednesday's 5A quarterfinal game of the state tournament at the Pit.
Volcano Vista, the two-time defending Class 5A boys state champion, crushed Santa Fe, 69-42, on Wednesday to advance to the semifinals of this year's state tournament.
The play of the game (arguably the play of the tournament) came late in the third quarter when David Lunn III, the Hawks' fantastic freshman, nearly jumped over a Demons defender to slam the ball in.
Check out this view of the ferocious dunk from Heather Brown, who was recording from just behind the Volcano Vista bench.
I think this should just count as @lunn_iii official visit to UNM. pic.twitter.com/VTWVc5lVkp
