Christopher "Chris" Gallegos 1980-2025 Christopher "Chris"
Christopher "Chris" Gallegos 1980-2025 Christopher "Chris" Gallegos, age 44, a resident of Belen, passed away on Jan. 26, 2025. Chris was a proud husband, father, son, brother, family man and business owner. Although he was constantly hustling to provide for his family, he was most often seen at sporting functions, not only as a very proud father but as a proud sports sponsor and supporter. Chris was never a stranger for long; he quickly made and became a friend to all he'd meet. He was also most known for his big strong stature and his even bigger and most kind heart; he would give his last dollar so that another would not go without. He was a volunteer for several entities, such as city of Belen Fire Department, city of Belen Clean Up, city of Belen Veterans Memorial and a member of Quad Locos Racing. In his lifetime, countless memories and friendships were made with Chris. As the cherished friendships with him can be endless let your everlasting memories with him be endless so his presence will live with us for an eternity. Chris will forever be missed. Chris is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gilbert Moya and Phil and Mary Gallegos. He is survived by his wife, Savannah; children, Davrye, Frank, Cierra, Christopher, Shyla, Evani and Kaylee; parents, Wayne and Mary Jane; sister, April (Scott); nana, Flora; niece, Taylor Nichole Julian; in-laws, George and Joann Bernal and George Jr., Joell (Jorge); niece, Aubrie; and nephew, Santiago.
